DMCA Policy

Mélenchon Meeting Lyon respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through Mélenchon Meeting Lyon infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below (or via our contact page):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted works or materials being infringed.

  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you have received a notification of alleged copyright infringement, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent (or via our contact page) that includes the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
